Hi. My name is Marc Alexander — the artist formerly known as Fulchizzle.
I’m a self-taught visual artist who grew up in Boston and now lives in East Iceland. My practice relies heavily on mixed media analog collage, quotation, and the ever-creeping presence of digital post-production.
I haven’t always called myself an artist. I went to business school because, as a young amoeba, I was told that’s what you do—and I always did what I was told. But things are
different now.
My work strives to reflect the grayscale of our timeline. I love pop culture and believe we are currently living in a wartime period.
I like to think of myself as a pop surrealist.
